TransferTo previews its Airtime Recharge mobile application at Mobile Money Summit in Singapore

TransferTo welcomes LG U+, Bharti airtel Lanka, Vodafone Fiji...
LG U+, formerly known as LG Telecom (Korea), recently launched "Talk-time Transfer" with TransferTo. With this new service, foreigners residing in South Korea can now easily make the gift of prepaid airtime to their loved ones back home. We're excited about this new partnership as it represents our first deployment in Korea, a promising market with a large foreign worker population.

TransferTo adds Vodafone UK Wholesale and 6 new major operators to its Airtime Transfer Network
2010 was a successful year during which several major Mobile Network Operators joined the TransferTo Global Airtime Remittance Hub and transaction volumes increased substantially. The trend is still looking up, with major recent additions to our network:
• Vodafone UK Wholesale recently chose TransferTo to enable International Airtime Transfers for its MVNO customers, offering the first SMS-based International Airtime Transfer service in the United Kingdom.
• With the addition of Telenor Pakistan and Zong Pakistan, TransferTo now offers its sending partners full coverage in Pakistan, a major destination country for international top-ups.
• Other operators including Asiacell (Iraq), Airtel (Nigeria), Tigo (Ghana), and Vodacom (Tanzania) have selected TransferTo as their International Airtime Transfer partner.

TransferTo is excited to announce 3 major deployments in September; TransferTo launches Europe's first SMS based international airtime transfer service for SFR and Tunisie Telecom customers, Mobilink and TransferTo team up for international airtime transfer service and Kenya's yu selects TransferTo for operating international airtime transfer service.
TransferTo will also be presents at a number of events in September and October 2010.

Ingenico acquires controlling interest in TransferTo
Ingenico S.A. (Euronext: FR0000125346 - ING), a global leader in payment solutions, recently acquired a controlling interest in TransferTo. Ingenico had previously held a 35% stake in TransferTo through its venture capital arm Ingenico Ventures since 2009 and now holds 90% of all shares in the company.
Ingenico's acquisition of TransferTo will further strengthen its position as a leading provider of mobile commerce solutions. It also confirms the strength of TransferTo's business model and the massive potential of airtime remittances. This transaction will bolster our capital base and allow us to deploy our airtime transfer service faster than ever. More importantly, it will allow TransferTo to continue improving the services provided to our partners.
