Preventive Usage Restrictions
TransferTo has set usage restrictions to prevent fraudulent misuse of international airtime transfer services:
- Max amount per single top-up transaction: 100 USD
- Max amount per week per sending or receiving user: 100 USD
- Max amount per month per sending or receiving user: 200 USD
To ensure full compliance in countries where more stringent regulations apply or, in order to comply with self regulating requirements set by sending or receiving partners the TransferTo platform has been designed to enable the implementation of velocity checks as well as usage restrictions freely customizable based on following combined criteria :
- maximum amounts sent and/or received
- frequency of the transactions (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
Examples:
South Africa: maximum cumulated amount per sending user limited to 1000 ZAR/month
France: maximum cumulated amount per unique sending and/or recipient: 60 EUR/ month
